With Travel Insurance
If you booked directly with us on our website AND you purchased Travel Insurance, please refer to your policy in order to cancel your reservation and get a refund. If you did purchase Travel Insurance you will have an email with all the details you will need to proceed with getting a refund. Here is a link to the Travel Insurance information on our site. Without Travel Insurance.
There is a $125 cancelation fee that will be deducted from the Rental Fees if cancellation less than 30 days before arrival. Exception below.
A Guest may cancel their cabin rental reservation at least:
- 30 days before the Arrival Date, and receive a refund of 100% of the rental fees paid up to that date.
- 15 days of the arrival date, the total amount refunded will be 50% of the rental rate, minus $125.00.
- Less than 15 days and there will be NO REFUND.
The security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded 100% in all cases.
Rescheduling Option
If you have to cancel your cabin rental within 30 days, or less, prior to your arrival you can opt to have a credit for up to one year for a future stay. The credit will be for the same cabin on the same days of the week, not valid during holidays, unless your original stay was over a holiday. If after one year you have not used your credits they will expire and not be refunded.
